A delicious alkaline pasta you have to try!
ALL YOU NEED IS…
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/4 onion
- 12 oz mushrooms
- 6 oz olives
- 3 tbsp tahini
- alkaline pasta of choice (I prefer chickpea pasta by Tolerant)
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS…
Chop up and saute all ingredient together (except for pasta) boil pasta until soft, mix, let cool, and serve! Wallah! ENJOY!!
